1. Where and when will this years annual assembly be held? This years assembly will be hosted by the community of Inuvik from August 22-26, 2005
2. How can I enroll as a Gwichin Beneficiary? All beneficiaries who are of Gwichin Ancestry have a right to enroll under the Gwichin Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement. Please refer to our page on enrolment for details.
3. Can you find me a job, I am a Gwichin Beneficiary? The GTC does provide employment assistance to Beneficiaries in the GSA? All Band office with the exception of Inuvik have and employment officer. In Inuvik you can contact Margaret Gordon at 777-7900 for assistance or email her at mgordon@gwichin.nt.ca.
4.Why are you collecting our resumes for the Human Resources Database? The GTC is collecting resumes so that we see who needs training for the Oil & Gas industry. The resumes will be kept confidential and to be only used by the Employment Liaison Officer.
5.When will be the next payout? The next payout will be in December. These payouts will be done every year for all beneficiaries over the age of 18.
